NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FOR SUMMER 2023
Authentic Leaders is an online five-part course across three terms for schools and trusts looking to embed authentic leadership at all levels.
Consisting of group coaching sessions for up to eight people at a time from the same organisation, the programme takes leaders through the four quadrants of the model.
In between each session, leaders will then identify actions to develop and implement in their school in order to embed the model.
Leaders will be encouraged to complete a coaching development record to help them reflect on their leadership journey and ultimate impact.

Session 5: Create
Participants will receive a copy of The Authentic Leader as well as the option of individual coaching if required.
